[malwarebytes ignoring my allowed files/folders utorrent]

ok so ive noticed ever since the last update my utorrent hasnt been working via sock5 proxy

so i turned proxy off.. and i just ran the actual ipvanish app on the pc

and i was suspecting malwarebytes was the issue..  and malwarbytes just went nuts blocking everything coming from utorrent..  i mean i can sit there clicking the x button on the popups and they just keeps coming and coming

ive added every utorrent folder i can find to the exceptions list..  but its ignoring the exceptions  

and i have zero connectivity because of it

 

im a lifetime subscriber since  the late 2000's      so this is a first for me..      malwarebytes is ignoring my wishes

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
