hey thank you so much, but i went on microsoft community forums to find a way to fix it and i actually found a way to fix it i installed Malwarebytes and disinfected my computer i appreciated both of you taking your time to help me out with my issue.

i checked my task manager and found this, its eating out my cpu, is it the virus or some sort of it, i did research on it, a microsoft forum said its a bitcoin miner something

i dont know, i bought it from a local pc shop, they gave me this window 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, should i change my window or reinstall a new one ?

Yes, its infected by some sort of malware that keep showing me this on my window defender

it restarted my pc 3 times and gave me this
