    Helpcrunch is a very popular web site chat program.  If you reply to a chat but the user is gone then it will email them.

    As user has just told us this :

    I thought you should know that when I 'Open Chat' in your email, I get this message:Website blocked due to trojan Website blocked:  email.organizations.helpcrunch-mail.com Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain malware activity.
