  1. Wonderful! Thank you! 😁 kprm-20220924085819.txt
  2. Everything is now updated and the computer restarted. Fingers crossed - but I think you fixed it (and, hopefully we these updates it won't come back)! Very grateful - thank you so much!!
  3. Great - it looks like it found and repaired something else! Please see attached. msert.log
  4. It successfully ran (once I figured out the program was in my download folder... lol). Please see attached! Fixlog.txt
  5. Nevermind... I think I just figured it out - trying again now!
  6. I am a little stuck - I can't figure out how to "Run FRST". I tried to open the txt file with the Run command (just opened the text file). Please let me know which file I am supposed to be running (and/or how to do it)!
  7. Enjoy lunch! You are definitely in a different timezone...
  8. I downloaded Sophos earlier and ran a full scan - but deleted it before the prior scan (so, nothing left that I can disable). It looks like the files are still locked if I'm interpreting this correctly... FRST.txt Addition.txt
  9. Ok - hopefully this is all it is! There was the 'Trojan' alert this morning, but maybe it was leftover from yesterday... Thank you so much!!
  10. Here is a screenshot showing some of them. This probably isn't what you are looking for - but I can't find the protection log.
  11. mbst-grab-results.zip Please see attached - let me know if I need to upload the files separately. Thanks!
  12. I'm not sure what is going on - but, over the past couple of days I've gotten a ton of outbound RTP detections. They seem to come at certain time periods (and, only when one of the browsers is open - both Edge and Chrome seem to be impacted). They are coming from all different websites/applications/IP addresses, and seem to involve predominantly (but not limited to) port 443. A seperate computer on the home network is also impacted. See example below: Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Protection Event Date: 9/22/22 Protection Event Time: 8:09 AM Log File: c83c0dde-3a77-11ed-9cbd-004e01b443a6.json -Software Information- Version: 4.5.14.210 Components Version: 1.0.1767 Update Package Version: 1.0.60360 License: Premium -System Information- OS: Windows 11 (Build 22000.978) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: System -Blocked Website Details- Malicious Website: 1 , C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe, Blocked, -1, -1, 0.0.0, , -Website Data- Category: Trojan Domain: h.parrable.com IP Address: 35.196.86.86 Port: 443 Type: Outbound File: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe (end)
