I'm not sure what is going on - but, over the past couple of days I've gotten a ton of outbound RTP detections. They seem to come at certain time periods (and, only when one of the browsers is open - both Edge and Chrome seem to be impacted). They are coming from all different websites/applications/IP addresses, and seem to involve predominantly (but not limited to) port 443.
A seperate computer on the home network is also impacted.
