Where do I find my MB Codes, I printed them out, awhile back, but somehow I must of threw the paper away. Can I get new ones, if so, then how?

Looks like the above picture, on my Laptop & Desktop Windows Install. Plus also looks like on my cellphone, that way.

Well, this is strange, my Premium Subscription added to my laptop, at the computer store, years ago, then when home, I added it to my desktop, & then added it to my cellphone just yesterday, without any problems, but am having problems adding it to my Tablet.

Yes, first installment on this Tablet. I purchased the subscription, at computer store. & He told me that I can add it, to any device free. & That my subscription never runs out.

I have a Premium Subscription, I have been trying to install on my Tablet with no luck, have tried more than once, with no luck!
