She shouldn't have any issues, and you can also share keys from My.Malwarebytes.com.  To do so, if you haven't done so already, create an account there by following the instructions in this support article, then follow the instructions in this support article to share your key.  Once shared, the person you shared your key with will receive an email with details and instructions on downloading and activating Malwarebytes along with your license key so that they can activate it.

Hi, I bought from Greece one license for 3 machines .

I sent the key to my daughter living in Germany. Will she have a problem to install Malwarebytes in Germany?
