Additional Note: I've had programs such as discord and voicemeter banana load on startup, but they havent done so an im not sure why. Not sure if it is because of this issue or not, but i cant find it in the task mawnager startup section, and i have then enabled in each respective app.

I believe this is a proxy virus I'm experiencing. I've been trying to get rid of it by running MBAM. ADWcleaner and uninstalling google chrome. I've tried going to registry editor and changing values. I've tried many solutions. I do NOT want to perform a clean install of windows. Can someone just run by me the ultimate step by step guide to getting rid of this. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.
