  1. No this is a finished program I've been using for many years.  The only recent change that started the false positive was me changing the button picture from the old internet explorer logo to the new edge logo.  I just happened to use a picture that was unusually large.  My program didn't care because it made the picture fit in the button box.

Are you still developing this program? This can happen when it is not complete as a mostly jpg executable with very little code can affect the scoring when compared to other malware. We recommend excluding your working directory from mbam for development projects. When it is complete if we still detect it please zip and attach the file here.

  2. I write computer programs for a living.  Yesterday MWB started flagged one of my programs as  "MachineLearning/Anomalous.95%"

After several hours of trial and error I found the cause.

I was using JPG picture of the edge browser logo for a button on one of the program forms.

    Size of JPG picture = W780 x H748

I found if I reduce the size of the JPG picture by 50% and added it back to my program's button, then my program was not flagged as a virus.

Also found if I reduced the size of the button on the form that also solved the problem.

I am absolutely sure this was the cause and fix.  Like I said I spent hours finding this.

Please fix this in MWB.  It is disturbing the antivirus would be so picky about a picture size used for a program button.

    Thank you.
