Possible false possitive (trojan)

Hello I found this website online and it seem to have some interesting ideas however its file server gets constantly flaged as a trojan (outbound) from chorme and other browsers too...
The main page is this (hxxps://www.volteuropa.org/challenges) and the file server seems to be (hxxps://assets.volteuropa.org/)
Please let me know if there is really a security risk by using this website or if it is really a false positive in consequence of some misconception of construction...
