Hi,
I have managed to acquire the malwarebytes scan and adwcleaner scan txt files. Thank you again. -
-
Hi.. the malwarebytes scan is taking very long as the first part is to check for updates, the internet speed is extremely low (it has been 52minutes but still checking for updates), i am willing to be wait but for the worst scenario would it be ok for me to take the scan report from yesterday?

Hi, I am in need of help! Recently, I was watching drama from a certain webpage and malicious websites appeared(opened in new tab) after clicking on the video player. Everything was fine until two days ago, I realised that the internet speed have decreased tremendously (there was no redirecting of webpages). I did the internet speed test on google and the internet speed is 0.08mb/s (This is for my desktop using internet cable). I did a similar test on my laptop running on wifi and the internet speed is 65mb/s. I ran malwarebytes scan and nothing malicious/harmful was found. I think there is spyware or DNS hijacker in my PC. An example to note, browsing to youtube.com required at least 20minutes to load. PLEASE HELP! Just to note, i did have anti-virus installed.
