What did the Memory Diagnostic say when it was finished (since we can't see the report)?
You may want to try MemTest86 (NOT the MemTest86+): https://www.memtest86.com/If the D drive failed the Long Generic test - then there's likely a hardware problem with the D drive
It appears that the D drive is the 1tB HDD. Are you able to open the laptop and physically remove this drive from the system (using good anti-static techniques)?
If so, do that and then boot the system and test to see if that fixes the BSOD's.EDIT: I have some severe vision problems that occasionally get so bad that I can't respond. If I go 48 hours without replying, please PM me and another Staff Member for assistance
The pc deteriorated quite faster after your 1st reply. I have posted a few follow-ups. You can take a look at them. As of now the pc stuck in a BSOD boot loop. I tried to run "chkdsk /f" in Automatic Repair mode. It says my drive is write protected.

Seagate Seatools
Short Generic Test : C passed, D passed
Long Generic Test : C passed, D failed
Halfway through the Long Generic Test on D drive, it BSOD with a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error. I have recollected the dump. It's attached below.
I tried to do Window Memory Diagnostic, however after the entire process I wasn't able to find the report in Event Viewer's System director.

While waiting for a reply, I suggest trying hardware diagnostics. 2 uploaded memory dumps yielded STOP 0x12B errors
1) Windows Memory Diagnostic: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-memory-diagnostics-tool-in-windows-7
2) Seagate Seatools for Windows: https://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/?locale=en-US&name=seatools-win

I remembered the memory diagnostics say no problem detected tho I'm not sure as far as I know now. The PC currently fails to boot as I posted in post #5.
