[Net::err_Cert_authority_invalid in Chrome abs Samsung Internet]

within last 4 days,  anything I Google has invalid cert danger warning.  My roommate changed to Hughsnet satellite and that seems to be when my woes began.  The cert errors have Applebees, Walgreens etc included.   I can't get anywhere.   I uninstalled and reinstalled chrome,  Google etc.  Got rid of all cookies,  etc as well.  Nothing new downloaded other than malware bytes!  I noted something didn't seem right,  went to Google and get these errors.  I checked all of the certs,  none out of date.  Man,  I hate certs.  How is a layman to understand why the Chinese government needs one on my phone?? Lol.  I really need some help,  please.  Malwarebyte found nothing on 1st deep scan,  and nothing after either.
