I had to re-install my Malwarebytes and when I went to activate it, it said my serial number has been blacklisted. I sent an email to Malwarebytes and have yet to hear from them. How can I contact them to find out what the heck is going on? I have been a paid customer since 2017. Thank you Jim Ray

Here is a dumb question. How is the FixList.txt created? I did the scan and it created two files but not a fixlist.txt file.

I ran this program and it said that the Fixlog.txt couldn't be found. I checked the same directory where the other files are located and there is nothing there? Am I doing something wrong?

I have a few Malware showing up and Malwarebytes isn't locating it. I tried using the Techtool program but it crashes. I did run FRST and here are the results.
