So I had a virus that would open an ad every half an hour and I noticed that whenever it did so an explorer.exe would appear in Task Manager and at the location in the screenshot below. Opera was the only browser the virus was opening ads on.
I had scanned the computer with Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes and haven't had any more problems with ads opening randomly but now whenever I open Opera Browser an explorer.exe is created,accessed and then quickly deleted just like the virus did, but there are no ads.
Also the explorer.exe is the exact same. I tried this with the other browsers but it only happens with Opera.
When I try to scan it with anything the antiviruses say 0 scanned items.
I have also scanned my computer with two other antiviruses afterwards but they have found nothing.
