I uninstalled netgear genie, the vault, and roguekiller I deleted my history

I did not disable genie or netgear because they are already blocked by windows defender as I explained and posted the screen grabs. Should I hold on to roguekiller? My restarts are still being prevented by Malwarebytes tray application (32 bit) i will follow the link for clearing cookies. At last start-up I got a different google asking for which user

I am able to watch netflix without blocking the amazon/firestick. Speeds appear okay

They do not show on Task Manager. The Malwarebytes 32 does. Should that be 64 bit?

On the 15th I posted two screen grabs. One for Netgenie and one for Netgear where they were blocked by Windows Defender. I was waiting for you to comment

I cannot find the Genietimeline

On May 12th I spoke about it and posted a screen grab of the Netgear Genie. I'm assuming it is the firestick now because when I block it to watch Netflix I cannot watch the firestick.

one other issue I had last night and don't know if it is related was that I got the notice that a program was running when I tried to shut down.On the task manager I found the Malwarebytes tray application 32 bit. I closed it and went to shutdown again and had another program running. Nothing showed on the task manager but the symbol shown with the message was a black square with a hand and a finger on the black square. I figure that was a touchpad symbol

Is the genietimeline gone now or do I need to reinstall to fix it? The problem that persists has to do somehow with the firestick. Even when not using it seems to eat up all the bandwidth. I have to disable it with nighthawk or netgear genie in order to watch netflix. I had other pop-ups that came up after the last fix that I posted as screen grabs because I did not know that would impact the fix or if they called out the problem. The genie was part of that. I also had the same pop-ups related to the name of this post but could not get a screen grab

I thought that I was successful this last time but, I will run it again.

I need to know what to do when those dialogue boxes come back. Pop-up came back. I don't have full function with the genie. Can't run netflix unless I block the Firestick/amazon.

I figured it out Fixlog.txt

I deleted the other farbar and downloaded the fixlist again. I did a screenshot of what happened(attached)

I do and it says it can’t find the fixlog

The dates shown as far as the file shows have been updating. I take than when I open the program that there will be a version I can check? But, when I open the program it tells me that it is updating. When ready I hit fix. A dialogue box informs me that the fixlog cannot be found . This evening I will try to find the may6 version and delete everything else

I've managed to screw this up. I think I have too many versions of FRST on my machine(some back to 2014). I keep trying to pick the right one and have the fixlist with it in the same file but it tells me that it isn't. I want to delete them all and start fresh but not without your say so.

I don't see the Fixlist.txt file. Should there be one or do you want me to download just the Roguekiller?

Well pop-ups and slow speed today. Pop-ups not as bad but, I said no a few times and they stopped. I have one device that I thought was my firestick but didn't know how to check the mAC address. I had it blocked in order to get more speed. I just found it unblocked and details showed it as a windows PC. I also found that I had forgotten to log out of the router. I changed the log-in password and when everything came back(I didn't have to log in with anything)it was back to "Amazon" and blocked as before.

Found it. Apparantley I was my own hacker

So I have separate addresses for wifi and ethernet?

Yes it appears so. Speed has returned. No pop-ups. Thank you very much I do have a question. When all this was going on I had identified most of the MAC addresses that were shown on the router genie map. I had mis identified one address as my laptop while hardwired to the router. Does a laptop have more than one mac address? I found my address for Wifi which I precviously thought was a hacker but have not found the address that I had thought was me.
