It seems to have removed the malware! I no longer get malware processes upon starting a new Chrome browser. I'll continue to check for any remnants over the next few days.
Two things have changed for my computer while going through this process. 1, I now get User Account Control notifications every time I try to open my task manager and some of the software you had me download. See attached picture. And 2, my computer goes into the Windows Boot Manager during each computer startup.
Thanks for your help!

RogueKiller is currently scanning. My next post will have the logs you requested. As a side note, I noticed that I haven't seen the Windows Process Manager (32 bit) pop up in my task manager as an app this morning. However, I am still getting malware processes called Pastured to start up every time I open a new Chrome browser, so I'm still not clean. The Pastured process has its source file in my Local folder, and it will rebuild itself if you manage to delete it.

Here is the summary.

Here is the FRST log. The USB was in the computer while it was booted normally in Windows 10, prior to restarting into the Windows RE. Would this compromise the FRST executable at all?

I managed to get my computer infected with the Windows Process Manager (32 bit) virus that I've seen others on this site have trouble with. I've run MBAR, RogueKiller, and Adwcleaner. RogueKiller seemed to have temporarily stopped the suspect processes, but did not remove them completely because they were running again after restarting the computer. I've attached my MBAR logs from two scans and my FRST logs.
