ok your suggestion fixed the problem yesterday - but now problem is back again this afternoon. Getting notification in right corner that system is not protected.

How to I launch command prompt as administrator? It is saying access denied.

Repeatedly getting pop-up that Real-Time Protection turned off. I am not able to enable web protection - when I click to turn on it indicates starting for a few seconds and then goes back to off. Have tried looking for update, turning off automatic updates and searching for updates, and restarting computer (multiple times). After a few minutes in protection section of Malware - will get error that Malware needs to restart.
