100% disk usage on startup for five minutes

ColoBo posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

Every time I start my win 10 with MB 3.3.1.2183 the disk usage goes to 99 or 100 % for 5 minutes or more, mostly MB. Is this correct operation? Does not seem like MB should lock my computer that long every time I wake it up mb-check-results.zip
