  1. I set all my browsers back to defaults as instructed by Ron, then restarted the computer. Than ran a Malwarebytes scan, and no threats were found. Report attached. So it seems that all is well now. Many thanks. Malwarebytes 8.1.18.txt
  2. Thanks Ron. I have now been through Steps 1 and 2 as well, and also in Step 1 given an instruction to Remove PUP. Files attached. Is everything OK now? CES Addition.txt FRST.txt Malwarebytes 1.1.18.txt
  3. Have followed your instructions Step 01. File attached. Still not sure whether the PUP has been removed. CES Malwarebyes 31.12.17.txt
  4. I do hope somebody (perhaps Malwarebytes themselves) can come up with a solution to this. Although PUPs may not be worrying, you never know exactly.
  5. I have similar problem. After scanning it says that a PUP has been found, and been quarantined. I click REMOVE, but the report says "Removal failed" This has happened 3 times.
