    Downloaded premium, paid, installed. Its running, I can see it blocking stuff, but I can't open it to run a scan to remove existing viruses. I've run the clean removal and reinstall and all that and still no go. For some reason I can't seem to open a ticket either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you much.
