What operating system are you running it on and what Anti-Virus?

You may want to try fully uninstalling the program and then reinstall and see if that corrects it.

After the Beta 1.50 install, I got this error message dialog box, yesterday and today booting up, upon arriving at the Desktop.

Dialog box came up saying, [shell_NotifyIcon] Failed to perform desired action. Error Code: 0

I click OK (no other choice) and then there's no MB icon in the Tray. But the Taskmanager shows that the process mbamservice.exe is running, but no other MB program.

I had this problem at v1.2x, never got fixed then, though you all tried to help, so gave up on it.

I'm asking again now that we are are 1.46, and it still happens.

I have new Firewall and anti-v since then, and like then, am "Excluding" the 3 active apps of MBam.

mban.exe, mbamguji.exe, and mbamservice.exe

And mbamservice.exe is set to auto in Services.msc.
