    I use Chrome on Windows 10 and I have lately been getting lots of advertising popups from theweathercenter.org. I'm using malwarebytes premium, which doesn't detect any problems. Any suggestions?

    I had the "unable to connect to service" issue too, and Firefox's suggestion worked for me.
