The programs it listed were programs I know and have used for a long time. They ended up getting removed during one of the other scan. The files that were flagged as malicious that really aren't are OctoSniff Tool and Chump's PSN Hider. The reason they flag as malicious is because it uses an authenticator called NetSeal, which is flagged by most anti-virus programs. I contacted the support for both developers and they know that Anti-Virus software flags it, but it is a false positive.

Here are the log files. I noticed that some of the files the last scan found and removed were files I used. I was warned when I bought the programs that the Launcher would be flagged as Malware, but in fact it is not.

I can reinstall most of the software. I don't plan on reinstalling the software until I need it again. Right now I haven't noticed anything wrong. My Malwarebytes Premium just expired so I will have to re-purchase the premium when I get a chance.
