  1. I have Windows 8.1.  internet Explorer 11 and Bitdefender 2018.  I keep having issue where Internet Explorer stops working.  It closes and will not open unless I exit Malwarebytes.  then it works fine... and it seems my computer starts to work better ...what is going on?  How do I fix this?  I can then restart Internet explorer, but then I have this eventually happen all over again.
