[Protection keeps turning off... V3.1.2]

Me too. I was on 3.0.6 and it turned off like 15-20 min. ago and it won't turn back on.

I uninstalled, restarted and updated to the newer version but it's the same. Real time protection won't turn on.

Hi, in the past week or so i've been getting everyday popup messages about malicious website blocking. I thought they were just probes, but in the past 3 days after there were like 50-70 blocks in a matter of 15 min. i thought i was infected. Malwarebytes scans or adwcleaner show nothing wrong and i do not use P2P  programs. I have Skype, but i have not used it in the past week or so, and besides the blocks occur when it's not launched. 

 

In general in the past 2 days there has been an increased frequency of blocks, even without there being a browser open, so i am fairly certain i must be infected. 

I have found myself just disconnecting from the Internet for an hour each time the blocks start because otherwise they keep going for like 10-30 min. , at an interval of like 5 blocks per minute.

This is a fresh Windows 10 professional 64 bit system. 

I do not have any bad software installed, since i use this for nothing else but gaming and website surfing. 

I ran various scans ( with both Avira and MBAM ) and Adwcleaner, also scanned with the MBAR tool, and nothing bad shows, everything is at 0, nothing detected.

I do not have any junk software. There's a few monitoring programs such as HwInfo, my games, Steam, basic stuff such as Chrome, VLC and 7-Zip.

I do not have or use torrenting programs such as Utorrent or Qbittorrent.

Only Chrome extensions i have a uBlock Origin and Dark Reader.
