    This are the new files and done the same day and yes the computer updated to windows 10 after but the problem with the program we try to fixed it before windows 10 was update it with the other technician,ty for your help and pation. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt

    Hi I'm having problem with my real protection staying on and I'm already try a lot step that one of you technician try to solve but I send numerous email to see what next and I'm no getting respond but I'm paying for this program, any help plz?
