also- yes i know - fell victim to stupid IObit and i thought ive removed it all.... it is kinda tempting to have something "free" to manage all the drivers and help 'optimize' system- but now. I guess I'll just stick with the ccleaner

I ran the fix and attached is the logs... yes i am now able to at least access IE in safe mode. Currently i updated and am running malewarebytes scan in safe mode. I will post those logs when finished

Yes i can boot into 'normal mode' and i could before. But under both the normal mode and safe mode, the computer is still unable to open malwarebytes and I can't even open IE. And it seems after I try to open IE or malwarebytes, and then try to click on any icon from start menu, it is unresponsive.... Also clicking administrative functions on the windows task manager in normal mode causes the windows "clink" unresponsive sound.
I am able to logoff via the task manager though.
I am currently trying to run the FARBAR scan in safe mode- unable to run it in normal mode. I will attach the logs when it is done

Hi TwinHeadedEagle,
Thanks for helping me. I have ran comboxfix and attached the logs. (Still unable to open IE even in safe mode. And can't even run malwarebytes. Starting windows in safe mode w/ networking, I am able to ping google, yahoo and malewarebytes websites)

My computer all of a sudden has been super unresponsive. After signing in, the computer won't respond - like clicking icons doesnt do anything and I can't even open
the start menu and access the command prompt or malwarebytes. (I had to hard kill the computer in order to shut it down) When i tried booting into safe mode w/ networking, I was unable to access the IE- it kept on crashing. And when i try to open malwarebytes to do a malware scan, it errors out and crashes. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xe06d7363). Click Ok to close the application."
I have ran Farbar Scan and attached are the results. Please help!
(Note i am using my other computer to post here on Malwarebytes)
Thanks
Computer highly unresponsive & Unable to open web browser or malwarebytes

Hello Twinheadedeagle,
so the scanlogs and protection log for today is attached below.
I tried opening malwarebytes in normal mode but it is not working and
task manager became unresponsive. When i tried to open another task manager to kill the previous unresponsive task manager, I got a BSOD.
Attached is the farbar scanlog also and the BSOD info.
