Ok, that has been done, i have also ran adw cleaner and malware scans that seem to be good. AdwCleaner[S55].txt xzx.txt

OK, so i managed so mess with adw cleaner and managed to hit some of that stuff with it. It seems in order to get it to work, you must hit each one individually and it will kinda of work to an extent. I cannot however manage to get rid of the last 2. should i just go in and manualy delete these?

i went settings\apps\ apps and features. i figured the settings area was the control panel.

still nothing, it stopped popping up once i installed the one you linked. zzz.txt

none of the 3 things that were on the adw cleaner are installed in the control panel > apps.

so, the malware scan seemed to have come out clean this time. the adwcleaner scan was not able to be used as seen from the 2nd picture, however a document was made regardless. Malwarebytes export file.txt AdwCleaner[S40].txt FRST.txt Addition.txt

these are Frst files after Utorrent was untinstalled, forgot to do that. FRST.txt Addition.txt

This gave me a bit of trouble, my computer REAAALLLY did not want to run this but i eventually got it to anyway. FRST.txt Addition.txt Scan.txt
