Oops I meant to write "for just this short time I have NOT received a malicious website blocked message".

For just this short time I have received a malicious website blocked message, but have to head to work so I can't spend a lot of time to wait to see if it pops up again. The thrird domain that was reoccurring along with the two meantioned above was www.lithiumstudios.org. Thanks for your help! I'll post back this evening if the malicious website blocked message reappears.

I've attached the Farbar scans in the first post. I reran Farbar, but only got the FRST TXT so I'll have to attach the Addition TXT from my original post.
Lastly as an FYI have now bought the Malwarebytes premium version.

My Lenovo Y580 laptop was infected on Saturday, 3/14/15. My friend was able to resolve some of the issues, but not all. I downloaded the trial version Malwarebytes and ran a scan. It found several issues and was able to resolve the issues it found. I however am still getting repeated Malicious Website Blocked messages from at least three different domains with the most common domain listed as choiceforme.website (IP 195.66.79.167). Another domain is web_updates.com.
I've downloaded and run Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit and came up empty. I've also downloaded and run adwcleaner. I have Norton Security and have run full scans and then run Norton Power Eraser and did not find anything.
As stated in the tutorial I've downloaded and run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool this evening (3/17/15)and attached are the two logs

So far so good. It's been an hour and no malicious website blocked messages. Thanks for all your help!
