Here are the reaming logs from the programs above
I have completed the main steps above and removed the herd protect scanner
-
I have check the logs folder in the FRST folder and it was not there the only logs In the folder are the ones that have been posted previously
-
I have completed the first step and was prompted for a restart from the FRST program ( this was not saved to the desktop but was in the temporary internet folder instead of saving it I ran it from the yellow download button in internet explorer, did I make a mistake hear ) now the FRST64.exe is not longer on my computer if I redownload the program to the descktop and reapply the fix will it be safe to continue on with the other steps
Sorry for any inconvience this has caused

Hi there last night I went to download Hamachi to play n a sever with some trusted friends of mine and I think I went to a dodgy site
I downloaded the hamchi installer from a website called softonic and go a different installer the what I was expecting , I did not complete the install as a single softonic pop up came up and alarm bells staring ringing in my head. I deleted the softonic installer from my computer and ran several malware bytes scans and they returned a back door program which I then quarantined and deleted, at time of posting I an running a another scan of malware bytes.
I don't know if have an infection or not but I thought it would be safer to ask than to carry on and not know
Thanks Sam
Unsure of infection
