Utorrent removed.

Hello,

 

I need to make some changes in my pc-settings. When i open it in the charm, nothing happens. When i open it in my 'start', the icon pops op on the taskbar, but when i click on it it gives a black fast going down screen. 

 

I ran Malware, it detected some thing and i removed them. 

 

What can i do?
