I still need help with this. If I turn Malwarebytes off, I can access the website. I have the site excluded but still can't get to it. I would greatly appreciate a solution.

I do. I am not local but can connect to a PC that is local. I don't think I can load Malwarebytes on the NVR but they have it on site. I was hoping that there would be some way that I could map a drive to the NVR's drive. Have you heard of this? Thanks

Is it possible to scan a drive on a Q See NVR?

So even with the site added to Site Exclusions, it's getting blocked again by Malwarebytes. The screen states "The site can't be reached" but the icon on the tab is the blue M for Malwarebytes. I used Online Ping and the site pings just fine. Is there a fix?

I don't have a beef with Malwarebytes. They told me how to override it and I can order my prescriptions.

I have Windows 8.1 and Malwarebytes Pro. My Lenova laptop starts acting weird so I go to run Malwarebytes and its not avtive on the tray and when I try lo locate it using the "Windows" key it finds other stuff like the notifications but not the program. I have to use the MBAM clean to uninstall and start over. I did this about a month ago. Whats deleting the program? I use Avast free. Thanks
Add: when I run Malwarebytes it finds nothing.

I had to do a system restore and reinstall Malwarebytes Pro. I cannot enable protection. The ID under About matches the number in my receipt but the Key is all *. I don't see a way to Register or re-enter the key. What should I do?
Also, can Malwarebytes Pro and Spybot Search and Destroy coexist? I think that may be what messed up the Malwarebytes install. Thanks

Sorry. I'm not complaining about MBAM and realize its my fault but some kind of stop gate would be cool.

Thanks. You would think someone could come up with a way to make the Windows registry write protected and prompt the user for approval. Aren't most viruses and malware attacks on the registry? Thanks again.

I went through the long process of removing objects with the great help from one of the guys a month ago. So I run a quick scan and MB finds 83 objects, the same stuff as from a month ago. I have the paid version so I'm expecting real time protection. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

My nightly scan detected this but Malwarebytes was unresponsive when I clicked on take action. Ultimately, I had to restart my computer. Now it shows in history with "No Action By User." Can I go back and take action? I re ran a scan and it didn't detect anything..
