[Infected with trojan(s)]

Hi im infected with trojan DNSChanger, i tried to look for the infected files as mentioned in another forums, but can anyone tell me what to do??

im using malwarebyte here but it seems that it keeps on coming back after i remove it

and whenever i try to open the quarantine tab, the will be an error.
