Hello! I've given up on trying to fix this myself, so I hope you can help me.
I get popup ads in the two bottom corners of my browser on most websites. They 'hover' over the corners, so they stay in the corners as I scroll through a page. This occurs on every browser I have tried (Firefox, I.E, Chrome). These ads are not part of the websites and the other computers on the same network do not have this problem. The Ad Blocker extension does block some, but not all of these popups. Hovering the mouse over the popups sometimes shows a link to external sites, but often shows the address of the site that I am on. The ad content changes from page to page. Attached is the Farbar scan results and an example screenshot of the popups as well.

Hi Borislav, thanks for responding.
I think that wiping the computer is the best option, unfortunately.
