[cant install mbam]

pls help me sir
i have downloaded mbam because my computer was infected by a malware when there is a mysterious CMD promt everytime i start my computer, at first i try to not allow it but i was really annoyed by it and allowed it (im stupid) and now after i reboot my computer

my antivirus and my mbam are not launching and cant be opened.
so deleted it.
and tried to reinstall it but now i get this prompt from the setup

pls help.
