  1. Yes, first off you need to Uninstall ALL Peer2Peer software such as the one running there: uTorrent

These Peer2Peer applications can infect your system faster than we can clean it so it's a waste of my time to help you with it installed.

Then run this application and we'll see about getting you cleaned up.

    Download
    DDS
and save it to your desktop

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr' rel="external nofollow">
Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.
Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.
    Then double click
    dds.scr
    to run the tool.
    When done, the
    DDS.txt
    will open.
Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
    • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

    1. DDS.txt

    2. Attach.txt

    • Save both reports to your desktop

    • Please include the following logs in your next reply:
      DDS.txt
      and
      Attach.txt

First of all, thanks for the help

ok i uninstalled uTorrent as asked and i ran DDS and this is the results of the 2 logs:

    DDS (Ver_09-03-16.01) - NTFSx86

Run by AJ at 11:48:24.37 on Tue 04/07/2009

    Internet Explorer: 8.0.6001.18702 BrowserJavaVersion: 1.6.0_12

  2. Ok so i purchased VMWARE thinapp and it creates a snapshot and scans the registry. It warned me about:

    Cannot delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ovfsthpjcpsqywmtuetoqmflwbaueoithckcff

so i went in and i tried deleting it and it wouldnt allow me to it kept saying that i just couldnt delete like some type of access denied or lack of permission or one of those things. Maybe a vista thing, but im not sure if it happens to XP also (im using vista). I also tried changing the permissions of the folder to full permissions and it allowed me for one of the folders, but the other 2 folders (main, tasks) it didnt allow me to. after doing a little bit of googling with VERY, VERY LITTLE results i confirmed that its a trace of a virus that i once had, or maybe still have (maybe its inactive) ive used both Avast and Malwarebyte to remove it and I also downloaded GMER and it found allllllll the traces of left over things in the registry that this virus left. However GMER doesnt do anything other than find them and confirm suspicion.

Can anyone suggest what a should do?!
