Ran a quick scan with MBam as directed it did not find anything. As far as how is my pc runnning I have not received anymore "malicious url blocked" pop ups from Avast so far.

Thank you for your reply. I have rerun run the dds and attach scans as well as Roguekiller. I also experienced a BSOD after running the scans. I turned off the PC after the scans were finished and turned it back on to check the antivirus status and while clicking on the icon for Avast I received it.

Not sure where I picked up this nasty yesterday while researching voip, but Mbam (free) did not remove it, Avast (free) did not detect it. I am receiving "malicious url blocked" pop ups from Avast! Network shield and unseen web advertisements are running in the background every few minutes. I hope you can help me remove it. I have attached the recommended files.
