i performed a full scan today, only detection was

C:\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6ZFEV3ZC\Testbundle23w_1254[1].exe

i quarentined and removed it, im running another scan of mbam now to make sure its gone, i just wanted to know what it did, should i change all my passwords, etc.

to clarify mbam said it was a Torjan.Agent
