  1. Since I used the Malwarebytes software to remove a virus I have not been able to log onto the internet.

The virus was removed but the Malwarebytes programme seems to have removed something in the laptop which has caused my internet access to go.

I have tried EVERY option recommended but still nothing. I am running XP Pro.

I hope someone can help as I am very close to reloading XP again.

  2. Can anyone help me please? I have used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software to remove the Antivirus XP virus which it appeared to do very well.

Unfortunately I no cannot log onto the internet dispite my laptop being connected and others in the house being able to use the internet on their laptops.

I can only conclude that the programme has done something to prevent me from accessing the internet.

I have spent 5 hours this evening trying to fix the problem by Googling it but nothing seems to work.

I am sure this is a common problem so please please could someone help me. I am desperate

    Thanks!
