Deactivating and reactivating Malwarebytes

I have happily been using Malwarebytes Pro on my computer for just over a year now and everything has been great, but I am about to update my computers hardware and I will be formatting all of my drives while doing so. I wish to continue using Malwarebytes Pro under the same license on my computer once it is updated and ready to go, but I can't find a way to deactivate Malwarebytes so that I can use the license again. Is there a way to do so, if so how, or would I have to purchase another license?

You should have no issues with it as long as the PC has been formatted, otherwise, if you were going to actually migrate your license from one PC to another, you'd use the following procedure:
