another seneka problem

Hello,

Like seemingly many others, I got the dreaded Seneka Trojan. After numerous scans and reboots and registry edits, I still haven't been able to get the three principal seneka files off. Occasionally other trojan files will come back as well.

Would appreciate any help. Here is the last scan done:
