Your main issue is that you do not have your mail server setup to comply with the current standards of email.

Many of the bigger email servers will not accept email from unknown or misconfigured mail servers.

AOL probably has one of the most strict setups to comply with but they also have some of the best documentation on how to setup and configure your email so that it will be accepted. If you can get email accepted at AOL you can probably get it accepted at any mail server.

Basically by sending more than a few emails it makes your system look like it is spamming because it's not a "known" mail server on the Internet. Once it's been setup and trusted then you won't have an issue.

Please visit this site and you'll find more than enough information to get you going in the right direction.

but after about ten messages my myemail@kfupm.edu.sa will no longer to send any message and whenever I have tried sending I see an informed email that is called "delayed email" to the inbox of myemail@kfupm.edu.sa. however when I was trying to send a message from myYahoo@yahoo.com to myemail@kfupm.edu.sa I didn't see any problem and my myemail@kfupm.edu.sa recieves the coming messages.

I hope you understand me

Well then your email administrator needs to look at the issue. A deferred message based on what you've shown says that currently they don't trust this mail server or its not configured properly. I assumed you were the Administrator of the server, if not then refer it to your local network administrator and he should be able to correct it.

You can send all the email you want within reason to yourself from yahoo because they are setup and trusted. But sending the other way around is the issue, at least as I read what you appear to be saying.
