Need Help Cleaning IP Blocked Site

IP-BLOCK 91.188.59.17 (Type: outgoing)

This IP Block keeps showing up in my MalwareBytes window. After some googling I realize the IP address is not good. I am simply working on the computer at the office.

Can you please help me clean it?

I attach the two logs I am supposed to I think.

Anything else you need from me?

Oh - I ran TDSSKiller and it found no infections. Malware Bytes says I am clean too.
