MBAMproblem Posted October 25, 2011 ID:488793 Share Posted October 25, 2011 As far as I can remember, I have always experienced the same problem, whichever version of MBAM I've used. Whenever Windows starts loading, if I don't wait long enough for the MBAM icon to appear in the systray and try opening anything, I'll get an error message and the MBAMService just stops. MBAM cannot be started until I restart that service and re-enable the Protection Module. Then, all is well.Is this normal? On a side note, I have already set exclusions for MBAM into my antivirus settings (NOD32) and I've even set a startup delay for MBAM in the registry. I did this 'cause if NOD32 doesn't have time to finish checking for updates and doing its usual startup scans (less than 30 seconds), MBAM will often crash. That's however settled. Now, I have already uninstalled MBAM a few times with the special MBAM Cleanup tool you guys use. And, I've always installed the latest version.I'm running MBAM Pro with Windows XP Pro.Thanks in advanced.
