Problem with mbam-setup download.

i am able to download the file, but when i try to run it, i get a multitude of errors. i have tried to dl this from many different sources, and tried to change the name of the file, but i am always unsuccessful. the program i am trying to remove is the "RealAV virus" in case that may have something to do with it.
