Advance, I have exactly the same problem as you. Malwarebytes detects Trojan.Zlob where no other antispyware I use can detect it.

But after the trojan is deleted it reappears an hour or two later and the whole process of deletion has to be repeated.

In the control panel the health check says that 'the system is experiencing excessive paging'. I cannot improve on this so I assume the trojan is causing

excessive paging.
