Infected with one or more viruses/malwares

Seems like I got couple of different things going on. Yesterday I've noticed some odd behavior with my browser. I installed Windows defender which claimed to fix couple of malwares, but the problems just kept piling up. My Firefox seems to be taken over (get a message on top of the page that points me to install real-av, there is even (a lame) message on my desktop that my system is being infected.

Task Manager is also disabled.

I tried some of the steps suggested on this and some other forums (removing frmwrk32.exe and couple of other files in windows/system32) but no luck. One of the files that has been recently modified was userinit.exe but I could not remove it (nor I have a clean version). I also removed ntdll64.dll from windows/temp directory.

I installed mbam while in the safe mode, but at the end of the setup I got one of those error boxes. Once I started it, it just sits there with a white box.

I installed HJT, below is its log file:

There was also a weird job scheduled in the scheduler, which I disabled.

I can only login in safe mod with prompt (logging in the safe mode with gui just blocks after I click OK on a dialog that I'd like to continue into sage mode). I can login in the standard mode (the internet connection is not working I think, although I've disabled it for safety purposes).

Seems like I got couple of different things going on. Yesterday I've noticed some odd behavior with my browser.
