All files are gone installing new programmes give error codes and downloading has been restriced.

Im attempting to help my friends computer using teamviewer, but noting will work. Full scan, Flash scan, antivirus scan, manual attempts... nothing... so i've resorted to sending hijackthis.exe and making a log to see if anyone here can identify / help remove the malware.

I have already tried, Unhiding files, running command to unhide, change registry to unhide, running unhide.exe. None of these worked. (I can show files from > My computer>C>Show files. but once the active window is click away from or refreshed, it will re hide them.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.
