Hijacked .exe files - Please Help

To Whom it may concern,

I have heard that Malwarebytes is the solution to my virus problem. I have been following your links http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573

http://forums.malwarebytes.org//index.php?showtopic=29028 to solve my problem but when I get to Download the following GMER Rootkit Scanner it downloads by as soon as it comes up the virus closes it. Then I cannot reopen as it says I need administrator rights. I have admin rights. I was able to get the * DDS.txt

* Attach.txt and have included below. Please let me know where I can go from here.
