Am I infected?

It appears as though my brand new, right out of the box Dell XPS may be infected. For the past several days I've received notice that several outgoing efforts to contact a "potentially harmful website have been blocked."

One of the entries in the log is: 15:49:06 Wayne-Rhonda IP-BLOCK 221.192.199.49 (Type: outgoing, Port: 137)

Also, today I received a notice that an incoming attempt was blocked.

That entry reads: 10:53:37 Wayne-Rhonda IP-BLOCK 221.192.199.49 (Type: incoming, Port: 9000)

I've run Malwarebytes, McAfee and Spyware Doctor all with negative results.

Do I have a problem that I need to address or is the program simply doing what it's designed to do? Does the fact that's it's a brand new computer have anything to do with receiving these messages?

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.
